Subject: Dimethoate Use on Celery, Cauliflower, and Brussels Sprouts
I am still working on information for brussel sprouts. For celery, as many applications as possible need to be retained including aerial applications. The only inland production of celery is a very, very small amount of acres in Arizona; the remainder of the celery is grown in coastal California. In cauliflower, we preferentially use other pesticides and the label could be dropped in order to retain as many of the celery applications as possible.
