Happy New Year Cathy,

Thank you for your response. I have a few follow-up questions...

1. Will the growers be able to make accommodations to use closed cab
(engineering controls) systems for both the granular and EC formulations, or just the granular? The most recent response said that the growers are most concerned about maintaining 15G, which was reregistered for use on bananas in 2002, but required engineering controls for mixing/loading and applying. We are now in the process of making the decision for the EC formulation. If engineering controls are not feasible for the EC formulation, we will cancel this use site.
However, we will maintain the granular registration if engineering controls are feasible for the granular formulation. Can you please clarify this?

2. Can you please provide me with some additional information regarding how Mocap 6EC and Mocap 15G are currently applied to the banana trees, and how, if possible, engineering controls will be utilized for both the
EC and the granular? I will need more information for discussion in
our reregistration eligibility decision.

Thank you again.

Jackie
